Problem :
Developing a large industrial facility from a greenfield site requires multiple layers of execution to come together seamlessly. Beyond the primary industrial shed, the project required supporting office and staff infrastructure, site development, utilities, firefighting systems, and statutory compliances to be planned and executed as one coordinated development.
The challenge was to take the project from an undeveloped site through approvals, civil and structural works, infrastructure, and services while maintaining coordination across multiple technical and execution requirements.
Solution :
Aeries handled the project through an end-to-end greenfield execution approach, beginning with land acquisition, NA conversion, statutory compliances, conceptual planning, layout development, and site preparation.
The site development included land levelling, cutting and filling, boundary wall construction, and preparation for the industrial structures. Civil foundations, PCC works, J-bolt fixing, and PEB coordination and erection were executed as part of the structural scope.
The development comprised a 1.5 lakh sq ft industrial shed, a 5,000 sq ft office facility, and 30,000 sq ft of staff accommodation, along with foundations for heavy machinery and supporting utility spaces.
Design :
Complete MEP and core services were executed, including electrical infrastructure from the feeder line through the transformer to the main distribution panel, internal electrical distribution, lighting, plumbing, and septic systems.
The project also included a 4 lakh litre underground firefighting tank, hydrant network with alternate power backup, borewell and water systems, landscaping, plantation, CCTV surveillance, and biometric access control.
The result was a fully integrated industrial facility delivered from a greenfield site through a single coordinated execution approach.
